You obviously were doing all you could to sell the house aggressively, rather than just sitting on the listing and waiting for something to happen. This to me makes all the difference between success and failure, and we could not have asked for more.
Finally, you handled the sale and closing details perfectly and there were no problems whatsoever. We also appreciated your help with the plot plans, septic, pest control, dock, and dozens of other issues that always seem to come up when one sells a house. I don't know how we would have done all this without you.
I would certainly recommend you to anyone looking to buy or sell a home and you can feel free to use me as a reference.
